1. What are the HOA fees and when are they due? 

HOA Fees are $40/mo. Fees are due by the end of each month. Enrollment in the autopay grants a $5 discount.

2. What are the dues used for?

​Dues cover the lawn care, landscaping, property insurance, property maintenance, accounting and property developments.

3. Where are the common areas?

The common areas are marked out in the image below. All residents have non-exclusive access to those areas. In addition the HOA maintains parkstrips along both entrances.
